To order materials from other KU campuses use our online request form WebRetrieve or the “Retrieve from Shelf” function in the online catalog. Use the online catalog to request KU books and microforms. They will be delivered from the Lawrence or Medical Center campuses to the Regents Center Library, and will be available for you to pick up within two to three business days. Use Web Retrieve to request any article, as well as books from other libraries. Loans from outside libraries can take two to four weeks to arrive. Most journal articles, whether ordered from other KU campuses or through interlibrary loan, are filled electronically and usually arrive within 48 hours. Our courier service can also be used to return books to other KU libraries and to the interlibrary loan department.
