The Leadership Academy is designed to educate and inspire Kansas City, Kansas Public School middle school students to take the lead in achieving their college and career aspirations.

Being a role model for a younger generation. Mentoring future leaders. Taking an opportunity to encourage young people. Inspiring young adults to overcome adversity and be successful. Guiding students to help them realize their goals. Repaying a community that has so much to offer.
